The sun was shining and the mountain looked magnificent in the background from Rahuto Domain, a beauty day to play some rugby!!!
The goal once again for our game was the performance not the result the result will always be the bonus, the performance and the improvement that is seen each week and unfolds will always trump the result and all though Coastal got the upper hand on us in the end and got a commanding lead it’s ok.
The thing is every single one of you did your absolute best on the field and even if we didn’t get the W we got some points on the board and despite what happened out on that field we will take the positives from it and the negatives and keep working and building as a team and keep pushing forward with our heads held high!
Thank you once again to Tayne and Kodee for your commitment in coming down from the premiers even if meant a trip across the province after our game to go and bench for the premiers also along with Sam who was the fresh legs for the prems all the 3 boys did a great job when they got on because that’s what we do to for each other and the club!
